Game: Void Grid: Unmade
Last Updated: July 2026
VoidBraeker ("we," "us," or "our") provides Void Grid: Unmade (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you access our Game via the Google Play Store. For the purposes of global data protection laws (including GDPR and UK GDPR), VoidBraeker acts as the Data Controller for processing your information.
1. Information We Collect
A. Local Gameplay Data
The Game is designed as a "local-first" experience. Core gameplay data, including your Traveler Logs, Save Slots, Neural Energy (EN) levels, and Modular Enhancements, are stored primarily on your device using local storage.
B. Cloud Synchronization & Social Data
If you sign in using Google Play Game Services (GPGS), we may access:
- Google Play Profile Name/ID: Used to display your Performance Index (PI) on the Sector Index (Global Leaderboards).
- Cloud Save Data: Used to synchronize your progress securely across multiple devices linked to your profile.
C. Automated Data Collection (Third Parties)
To provide the Game for free, manage performance, and securely handle distribution, we use third-party networks whose software development kits (SDKs) collect automated parameters:
- Google AdMob: Collects Device IDs, IP addresses, and Advertising IDs (such as AAID) to serve, personalize, and analyze advertisements. Their data processing activities are governed by the Google Privacy & Terms for Advertising. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your mobile device's privacy settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on Android).
- Google Play Billing: Processes financial data for "Remove Ads" purchases. VoidBraeker does not see, access, or store your payment details or credit card information.
- Google Firebase: We have implemented a server-side validation relay using Firebase Functions. All score calculations and cryptographic signing occur in a secure cloud environment using private secrets. The native Android layer acts as a hardened gatekeeper, verifying signatures via a Java-based HMAC bridge before final submission to Google Play Services. This eliminates client-side score tampering and protects against replay attacks. To complete this security validation, your temporary gameplay metrics and Google Play Game Services Player ID are securely passed to Firebase Cloud Functions. Firebase processes this data as a processor under the Google Firebase Privacy and Security Terms.
2. Legal Basis & How We Use Your Information
We process your data under the following legal foundations: Contractual Necessity (to deliver cloud sync and purchases) and Legitimate Interests (to maintain game health, combat fraud, and serve non-intrusive ads).
- To manage your Traveler profile and progression metrics.
- To provide the Offline Protection validation features.
- To process rewards like Void Fragments and Tech Scraps.
- To maintain the integrity and fair play of the Daily Breach rankings.
3. Third-Party Advertising Settings & Opt-Out
Google AdMob and related providers use data to provide personalized advertisements and analyze performance.
- Privacy Documentation: You can review Google's Privacy Policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Opt-Out: You can completely opt-out of interest-based behavioral advertising through your Android device system settings (typically located under Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads).
4. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Depending on your location, you hold comprehensive rights regarding your personal data. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of any data synced with our global systems, or object to specific processing contexts. To exercise these privileges, reach out to our administrative address listed below.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR Compliance)
We do not knowingly collect or target personal data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in specified regional jurisdictions). If a minor is identified via our initial software age-gate mechanism, we strictly disable behavioral tracking configurations and pass an automated "child-directed" configuration flag to our ad networks to enforce child safety protocols.
6. Account & Data Deletion
Void Grid: Unmade utilizes Google Play Services and Google Play Games for authentication and achievements.
We do not collect, store, or maintain persistent personal user profiles or account credentials on our own external servers. Score validation parameters are handled securely via Google and Firebase's cloud infrastructure.
Because we do not permanently store your data on private databases, we have no active files to delete on our end. If you wish to revoke the app's access to your Google Account or clear your cloud-saved play history, you can do so directly through your Android device settings:
- Open your device's Google Settings app.
- Navigate to Connected Apps.
- Select Void Grid: Unmade and click Disconnect / Remove Access.
Additionally, local data can be permanently removed by you at any time via the "Wipe All Game Data" option inside the in-game Settings menu.

Terms of Service & EULA
Game: Void Grid: Unmade
Last Updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or playing Void Grid: Unmade (the "Game"), you agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service. If you do not explicitly accept these criteria, you must immediately uninstall and cease use of the Game.
2. License to Use
VoidBraeker grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable software license to install and play the Game for individual, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you.
Prohibited Conduct:
- Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to decompile, unpack, or extract the source code of the VoidGrid engine, its associated rendering pipelines, or generation algorithms.
- Leaderboard Manipulation: Using third-party modification utilities ("cheats," "hacks," or external automation tools) to alter your Performance Index (PI), game economy variables, or Daily Breach scoring matrix is strictly prohibited and will trigger a permanent ban from Global Rankings.
- Bypassing Systems: Attempting to exploit in-app purchase validation logic or distributing core Game audio/visual assets without authorized written permission is strictly forbidden.
3. Virtual Goods & Economy
- Currency: Void Fragments, Tech Scraps, and Neural Energy represent virtual licenses only. They hold zero real-world value, do not constitute property, and cannot be redeemed for legal currency or physical cash.
- In-App Purchases: The "Remove Ads" option is a digital transactional upgrade. Transactions are handled natively via the Google Play Store, whose storefront policies govern overall refund distribution thresholds.
4. Stability & Save Data Disclaimer
- "As Is" Service: The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express warranties of any type. We do not guarantee that game processes will operate without interruption or occasional errors.
- Data Loss: VoidBraeker is not liable for data loss regarding local Save Files resulting from hardware damage, application cache wipes, system rollbacks, or manual uninstallation. Users are strongly urged to enable the Cloud Sync feature to safeguard progress.
5. System Requirements & Connectivity
- Online Requirements: The ad-supported build of the Game relies on active data connectivity to populate ads and initialize economy tokens. Ad inventory depends entirely on third-party digital networks and continuous availability is not guaranteed.
- Offline Protection: This auxiliary utility is provided on a best-effort framework and may experience intermittent down-times during remote infrastructure maintenance or external ad-network outages.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoidBraeker shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the software, including but not limited to device thermal conditions, high graphic settings performance degradation, or "System Strain."
In no event shall our collective financial liability to you for all legal claims exceed the total sum actually paid by you for in-game purchases within the twelve (12) months preceding the dispute. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoidBraeker against any third-party legal challenges stemming from your violation of these conditions.
7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms, along with any relevant technical disputes, are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any legal action or arbitration arising directly out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively within the courts located in England.
